ShahLUX is a personal-finance service: you record expenses, income, accounts and other financial information; we store it, organise it and give it back to you as summaries, reports, reminders and AI-assisted insights, on the website, in the Telegram bot and in the mobile apps. These terms are a contract between you and [legal entity name], Luxembourg. By creating an account you accept them.

You must be at least 16 and give accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and second factor safe and for everything done through your account. One person, one account; connecting the website, the bot and the app to the same account is expected and encouraged. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens next.

Every new account gets 30 days of the Ultra plan free, without a card. Afterwards the account continues on the free plan unless you subscribe. Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in euros. On the website they are sold through Stripe; in the iOS app through Apple's In-App Purchase. A subscription bought on any platform applies to your account everywhere.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time: on the website through the billing portal, in the app through your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its rules, and for Stripe purchases by us within 14 days of a first purchase if the paid features have not been used. Prices may change; we will announce a change before it applies to a renewal.

Receipt reading, transcription, insights, the assistant, the investing digest and the tax helper are produced by AI models and by rules we encode. They are estimates and aids, not advice. The tax module helps you organise figures and documents; it is not a tax filing, not a guarantee of any outcome, and not a substitute for a qualified adviser. Investing content is educational only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You remain responsible for checking figures before relying on them and for your own financial decisions.

Use the service for your own personal or household finances (or your business's, on a Business plan). Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to access other accounts or our systems, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change; we will not remove your ability to read and export what you have recorded. If we discontinue the service we will give at least 60 days' notice and keep export available.

To the extent permitted by law, ShahLUX is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take on the basis of figures, estimates or AI output in the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Consumers in the EU also keep the protections of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute-resolution platform. Disputes are brought before the courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue at home.
