Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. ShahLUX works from what you give it: a photo of a receipt, a typed line or a voice note. It never asks for your online banking login.
How are receipts recorded and reviewed?
Send a photo in Telegram or upload it on the website. ShahLUX reads the store, the date, every item, the VAT and the total, suggests a category for each line and shows you the result. You can correct anything before it is saved, and a receipt sent twice is recognised.
Which languages are supported?
Seventeen: English, Persian, French, German, Arabic, Turkish, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Swedish, Danish and Greek. Persian and Arabic are fully right-to-left, and amounts always use Latin digits so they match your bank statements.
What does the free plan include?
Transactions, accounts, budgets, your own categories and fixed payments, in Telegram and on the website, plus five receipt scans a month. Every new account also starts with 30 days of Ultra, and no card is needed.
How do I use one account in Telegram and on the web?
Sign in on the website and open the link it gives you; the bot connects the two. Or ask the bot for a code and enter it on the website. If both sides already had records, they are merged into one account and nothing from the bot is lost.
How is my financial information protected?
Every sign-in needs a second factor, connections are encrypted, and every request is checked against your account before data is read. Payments are handled by Stripe, and you can export your records or delete your account at any time.
